Since my early teens, I have been interested in biology, particularly fishery biology. I obtained B. Sc. and M. Sc. degrees in fishery biology and zoology, and have worked professionally as a fishery biologist.

At the age of 42, the spiritual was opened to me when I joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (nick named the Mormon Church). A few years later, I was hired as a biologist to Canadian First Nations and was exposed to Native spiritual understandings. I became interested in them, studied them and traveled with Native spiritual leaders. I found Native teachings compatible with my Latter Day Saint instructions. Because of these exposures, I have gained some understanding of the spiritual and how the Creation works. Everything is spiritual!

My conversion to the validity of the spiritual perspective is due to many experiences that confirm Biblical and Native teachings--  these are very real experiences:

- prayers are answered for the healing of the sick

- Priesthood administrations heal the sick when there is sufficient faith and the healing is wise in the wisdom of the Creator

- prayers are answered

- understanding is increased in spectacular ways

- I have felt the beautiful harmony in Nature

- events are arranged from above so that you can accomplish something

- you are given strength and understandings to handle severe trials

- I have had beautiful spiritual witnesses of the truth of spiritual knowledge

- miraculous interventions save one from car accidents

- friends with special visionary gifts can see a spiritual being in rocks, plants and animals

- these spirituals beings have been observed to react to negative energy

- I have had a few visions, one showing the brilliant colours that will exist in the coming Millennium (1000 years of peace)

- at times, you speak on spiritual matters with a power and understanding greater than your own

- negative feelings are removed and replaced by love and peace of mind

- you are aware of negative spirits and you have power over them

- when love is given to plants and animals, there is a positive response

- in near-death experiences, the human spirit leaves the body and associates with other spirits, frequently in a very beautiful realm

- AS I LIVE THE TEACHINGS, THEIR TRUTHFULNESS IS CONFIRMED.

There has been so much evidence confirming the spiritual perspective, I cannot deny it. But to experience this, you must be open to this evidence and live so that you qualify for insights. If not, you will not receive this evidence and obtain spiritual understanding.
